Co-op Unveils New ‘On the Go’ Store Format in Aylesbury High Street
Tuesday, 11 November 2025 — Co-op has today opened its latest ‘On the Go’ store in Aylesbury High Street, unveiling a new format designed to serve customers fresh food throughout the day — from breakfast to dinner.
The Aylesbury branch marks Co-op’s third ‘On the Go’ concept store, following successful launches in Solihull High Street and Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter. These new outlets focus on food-for-now in busy, high footfall locations, reflecting Co-op’s commitment to evolving convenience retail.
